RETURNS POLICY & PROCESS

In the event that you would like to return or exchange an item, please see below Returns Policy and Process via our Returns Portal.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns must be received within 14 days of the order being placed.

All clothing must be in original, unwashed condition, with tags intact and attached.

Clothing must be free from deodorant, perfume, make up and any other stains; and unworn.

We do not accept returns on jewellery or hair accessories, due to hygiene standards. We do not accept returns on footwear.

Sale items, permanent markdowns or items purchased during promotional periods are not eligble for refund but are eligible for in store exchange only (excepted where the items are faulty under consumer law guidelines).

Single Items purchased in promotional bundles can be exchanged upon proof of purchase, in store only.

Any items returned via mail will be returned at the customer's expense. 

You can return your purchase in any of our boutiques or send back to us via mail.

We can process your return or exchange immediately in store. For returns sent back via mail, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed.

For returns via mail, you need to submit a return request via our online portal. If you are unable to initiate the return online, please contact us and we can help you.

You are welcome to return or exchange your purchase in store or online, to any of our boutiques.
